User Agreement:​

By accessing the program materials, I am agreeing and acknowledging the terms below:​I understand that everything that is discussed involving all mastermind client’s personal business/intellectual property are strictly confidential and will stay inside the mastermind between members (unless permission is explicitly given to share outside the mastermind).​ I acknowledge that neither The M Tea Studio PLLC, nor Brett Boles and/or members of his team, function as my agent, personal accountant, lawyer or financial advisor. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Brett Boles and The M Tea Studio PLLC and affiliated companies and any of their staff, employees, officers or agents, from liabilities for any of my actions or comments influenced by information contained in products and services received.​I understand and agree that no guarantee has been made or could be made that I will actually consummate any kind of business transaction during or after access to the Program or that I will be guaranteed any kind of monetary refund, rebate, commission, or any other monies if I don’t.​ I consent to the reproduction of any written communication from me, photograph, video, or audio recording of myself, including testimonials and group phone/zoom calls, and agree to the use of the same for educational, commercial, or promotional use by The M Tea Studio PLLC. This consent is given with no expectation of compensation thereof. ​I understand that I am responsible for the full amount at whatever payment plan was agreed upon by both parties. ​I certify that I am the authorized user of credit card/bank account provided on file and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank.​To fully experience and gain the most benefit from our programs, you agree:

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus The M Tea Studio PLLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media based, if:​

● You become disruptive or difficult to work with;

● You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,

● If on an installment plan, access to the mastermind will be suspended if client fails to meet scheduled payment deadline and will still be responsible for paying off the remaining balance. Once installments are met, clients will regain access to the Program

● You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s). ​I understand that all materials provided to me by Transformational Songwriting are copyrighted materials and I am not allowed to reproduce or make ANY unauthorized copies of the materials in part or in whole.​ I understand that as I am immediately taking possession of all the materials of the Program today, an event which cannot effectively be reversed, there are no grounds for a refund of any kind. I also agree that there are no grounds to contact my credit card company since my refund has been forfeited.​

This Agreement is effective as of the date of acceptance and shall continue for a period of (12) months (the “Term”). The Agreement will renew automatically thereafter in perpetuity for another twelve (12) month term and billed every year unless the Client provides 14 business days’ written notice of its intent not to renew by emailing [email protected]. A member of The M Tea Studio will reach out with two weeks notice of pending renewal charges. All sales are final.​

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hartford, Connecticut.​ I understand that in the event I need help, I will ask and use the resources and persons available.
